APPLICATION, RESERVATION AND PLACEMENT POLICIES

APPLICATION AND APPROVAL

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or reserve a kitten. Sunpaw Savannahs reviews each application to determine whether the prospective home, expectations and care plan appear suitable. We may request additional information before making a placement decision.

AVAILABILITY AND KITTEN SELECTION

Kittens remain available until the required agreement and reservation payment have been completed. Information about availability, generation, sex, appearance and observed personality is provided as accurately as possible. Adult size, appearance and temperament cannot be guaranteed.

AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT

Approved applicants receive a written purchase and adoption agreement containing the terms that apply to their kitten. A 50% reservation payment is required after the agreement is signed. The remaining balance is due at delivery or pickup. Cancellation, refund and transfer terms are governed by the signed agreement.

DELIVERY AND PICKUP

Delivery and pickup arrangements are confirmed individually. Timeframes may change because of the kitten’s readiness, transportation conditions, weather, legal requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact and destination information and completing any requirements communicated before travel.

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospective owners are responsible for confirming that Savannah cats are permitted by their state, country, municipality, landlord or housing provider. Buyers must provide appropriate nutrition, veterinary care, enrichment, supervision and a secure environment throughout the cat’s life.

HEALTH AND RECORDS

Health information, veterinary records and any applicable commitments are provided according to the written purchase and adoption agreement. No verbal statement replaces or modifies the signed agreement.

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY

Applicants must provide complete and accurate information. Personal information is used to review applications, respond to inquiries and manage an approved placement. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

POLICY UPDATES

Sunpaw Savannahs may update these website policies when business practices or legal requirements change. The terms in a signed purchase and adoption agreement govern an individual kitten placement.
